Your pet’s attending veterinarian will contact you at least once a day with a medical report. These calls typically occur in the morning following medical rounds, when doctors and medical staff review patients’ progress.
If your pet’s condition changes substantially you will be contacted by a doctor regardless of time, unless you have specifically requested otherwise.
If you want to call the hospital to check on your pet
You may call us at any time. We understand how important your pet is to you and your family, and we will always make every effort to help you understand all phases of your pet’s care.
