FREE Eye Exams for Service Animals

During the Month of May, Saint Francis Veterinary Center of South Jersey is pleased to offer complementary eye examinations for all Service Animals in the region.

The National Service Eye Exam program is a philanthropic effort generously provided to the public by the board certified Diplomates of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists, with the support of sponsor Merial.

With this program, we hope to help prevent and/or identify problems that may affect Service Animal’s sight.

  • Registration will be open during the Month of April via the National Service Dog Eye Exam program website: www.acvoeyeexam.org.  We encourage all handlers of Service Animals to make a note in their calendars to make an appointment once registration begins.

Over 15,000 Service Animals have received these free screening exams over the past five years, and the Department of Ophthalmology at Saint Francis is very pleased to participate in 2013.
