Julie Hirsch-Fitzpatrick is Chief Operating Officer. Her executive portfolio includes overall day to day operations management, including oversight of all Managers, Directors and Departments.
Julie is a Fellow in the Institute for the Study of Veterinary Practice Management, and often assists in the Departments of Surgery and Internal Medicine.
Julie was previously the Hospital Manager of Metropolitan Veterinary Associates and Emergency Services in Norristown, PA, one of Pennsylvania’s leading multi-specialty referral practices. In this role, Julie was responsible for managing, directing and coordinating all clinical and administrative operations and support staff.
Prior to this, Julie served as Head Technician at Metropolitan Emergency Service and as Veterinary Surgical and Internal Medicine Technician at Valley Central Veterinary Referral Center.
Julie is a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) and passed the Veterinary Technician Specialty in Emergency and Critical Care (VTS) exam – 1 of only 86 in the US to obtain this specialty – in 2000. She was class valedictorian with a 4.0 GPA at Manor College, where she earned her Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology.
